This is actually a non-mission and one of the two possible results of your dialogue choices at the end of Gessler: Acquisitions. The other possible outcome is Gessler: Compensation.
Case notes[edit]
Gessler, CEO of Rooke's rival Intex, hired me to find the location of Rooke's secret prototype.
Rooke tells me there isn't one and hired me to steal a fake so she can track it to Intex's labs.
I brought the fake to Intex, then followed the tracker to their secret labs and stole everything.
